Shareware License Agreement
        
                             Sedt Editor Version 4.0
        
                All versions  of  the  Sedt  editor  with version numbers
        higher than 4.0 (151) must be licensed.  Use of version 4.0 (151)
        or later without proper license is punishable by law.
        
                For an  initial trial period of one month LICENSOR, Anker
        Berg-Sonne, 8 Middlemost  Way,  Stow,  MA  01775,  U.S.A., grants
        LICENSEE, you, a fee-free  license  of  Sedt.    Use  beyond this
        initial trial period without payment  of  a U.S.  $25 licensee is
        not authorized.
        
                In return for a license fee of U.S.  $25, mailed to Anker
        Berg-Sonne, 8 Middlemost Way, Stow, MA 01775,  U.S.A.,  LICENSOR,
        Anker Berg-Sonne, grants LICENSEE, you, unlimited  license to use
        the Sedt editor.
        
                This license authorizes you to personally use Sedt on any
        system that Sedt may be installed on.  Corporate licenses will be
        issued by special agreement between LICENSOR and LICENSEE.
        
                Sedt may be distributed freely as long  as  this  license
        agreement is distributed with the editor and all files  from  the
        original distribution are included in their original form.
        
                LICENSOR  retains title and ownership of Sedt and all the
        files included in the original distribution.  All source code and
        documentation is also protected by U.S. copyright law.
